Beyond the Listing

Villa Mares began as a new one-bedroom villa in Bali with the foundations of a strong hospitality product, but its digital presence was still largely functional.

The goal was to create a visual identity and content system that made the property feel recognisable, considered and lifestyle-led. The result extends the experience beyond the Airbnb listing into a complete hospitality brand.

A Property, Not Yet a Brand.

As the property moved toward completion, the existing imagery focused primarily on documenting the space, layout and amenities. What was missing was a consistent visual language built for storytelling, social media and long-term brand recognition.

From Accommodation to Lifestyle.

The creative direction moved Villa Mares away from generic listing photography and toward a warm, coastal identity, shaped by privacy, natural texture and the rhythm of a slow Bali morning.

Content Designed as a System.

Rather than treating every post as a standalone asset, the content worked as a system, combining property photography, lifestyle imagery, details, editorial layouts and consistent typography into one recognisable visual language.

From Listing Photography to a Recognisable Social Identity.

A consistent palette, typography system, editorial layouts and lifestyle-led content transformed individual property assets into a cohesive social presence.

Selling the Feeling, Not Just the Space.

Hospitality content has to communicate more than rooms and amenities. Lifestyle-led imagery shows how the villa feels to use: the pool, the sun, the quiet moments and the proximity to Bali's coast.

One Identity. Multiple Touchpoints.

The same visual system applied across formats: before-and-after storytelling, detail-led grids and lifestyle-led posts. Every post reinforces one identity instead of standing alone.
